  • In its original condition with proper packaging.

Eligible cases include:

  • Incorrect size: We will gladly replace it with the correct size.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or damage: the product will be replaced with another product of guaranteed quality.



2. Custom-designed products

Products that are customized, such as adding a name or special phrase, cannot be returned because they were made specifically for you.

However, if a manufacturing defect is found, we guarantee to replace it with a new part that meets your expectations.



3. Non-designated products

Products not intended for specific purposes may be returned or exchanged within the specified period, provided they are unused and in their original condition.



4. Exchange and return options

After inspecting the product and ensuring it meets the requirements, you can choose:

  • Get a refund for the product using the same payment method used.
  • Replace the product with another product of the same value.
  • Replace the size to ensure your perfect comfort.



5. Important note

  • The customer bears a small shipping cost of 25 riyals per way in cases of exchange or return, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in which case we bear the full cost for your convenience.
  • In the event that the coating on the accessories changes, the entire product will be replaced to ensure your complete satisfaction.
